Acceptance & Platform Scope
By reserving a Vedic ritual slot or accessing services on MangalMarg, you enter into a binding understanding and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Platform Clarification: MangalMarg is an independent, non-governmental devotee facilitation platform coordinating directly with authorized hereditary priests (Pt. Shubham Joshi and Pt. Deepak koushik), certified under Kramank No. 498 by Shri Manmal Mimraj Ruia Sanskrit College, Ujjain. MangalMarg is not affiliated with the government temple trust; it provides transparent fixed Dakshina, guaranteed Shastric samagri, and direct priest access.
Devotee-Provided Details & Sankalp
In Vedic ritual traditions, the spiritual fruit and authenticity of an Anushthan depend on the precise invocation of the devotee’s Gotra and name during the sacred Sankalp:
- Accuracy of Information: Devotees are responsible for providing accurate and truthful details: primary devotee name, Gotra, mobile number, and address.
- Unknown Gotra Protocol: If Gotra is unknown, the universal Vedic lineage gotra ("Kashyap") is invoked in accordance with ancient Shastric injunctions.
- Devotee Responsibility: Neither MangalMarg nor the presiding priest shall be held liable for ritual or communication discrepancies arising from incorrect devotee-submitted details.
Booking Confirmation & Digital Voucher
Upon completing the reservation flow, the platform immediately generates an official MangalMarg digital voucher with a unique Booking ID:
- The digital voucher details the devotee name, puja offering, tier package, scheduled Muhurat, payment status, and assigned head priest.
- Devotees must present this digital voucher (on phone or printout) upon arrival at Mangal Nath Temple or to the visiting priest at their home.
- You can access, save, WhatsApp, or print your booking voucher at any time via the "My Bookings" page using your registered mobile number and Google Sign-In.
Slot Availability & Capacity Limits
To preserve sacred decorum and afford each devotee devoted priestly attention, each auspicious time slot maintains strict batch capacity thresholds:
- First-Come, First-Served: Auspicious days such as Mangalwar (Tuesdays), Bhaum Pradosh, Angarki Sankashti Chaturthi, and Navratri experience high demand and are allocated on a strict advance booking basis.
- 10-Minute Live Hold Timer: During checkout, an auspicious slot is held exclusively for you for 10 minutes. If details and confirmation are not completed within 10 minutes, the hold expires and the slot is released to awaiting devotees.
Service Modes & Travel Charges
MangalMarg offers verified Vedic ritual services across two distinct operational modes:
Local vs. Outstation Travel Policy:
• Local Home Visits within Ujjain municipal limits have standard travel charges specified or included during checkout (e.g., ₹0 to ₹500 depending on tier package).
• Outstation Home Visits (e.g., Indore, Dewas, Bhopal, or interstate) require advance telephone coordination with Panditji (+91 9111721217) to confirm outstation travel conveyance, itinerary, and priest lodging arrangements.
Dakshina & Payment Rules
MangalMarg operates on a sacred pledge of transparent, fixed Dakshina. Zero hidden charges, surprise demands, or commercial middleman markups on ritual day:
- 100% Shastric Samagri Included: The published Dakshina strictly covers priest dakshina and pure Vedic samagri as listed in the package tier.
- Online Payment (Razorpay): Processed via Razorpay gateway. Provides instant digital confirmation and booking voucher issuance.
- Offline Payment to Panditji: Devotees may select "Pay Offline to Panditji at Temple/Home". The exact scheduled Dakshina is settled directly with the priest upon arrival in cash or direct UPI.
Failed Payments & Reconciliation
If money is deducted from your bank or UPI app during checkout but an internet timeout or gateway disruption prevents booking voucher issuance:
Automated Banking Reversal:
• Razorpay reconciles disrupted sessions within 24–48 hours. If the booking was unconfirmed, deducted funds are reversed automatically to your original bank account within 3–7 business banking days as per RBI guidelines.
• For prompt assistance, devotees may message our helpline at +91 9111721217 with the Razorpay Payment ID to verify and manually confirm the reservation if the slot remains open.
Rescheduling, Cancellation & Refunds
We recognize that travel schedules and family emergencies can necessitate itinerary adjustments. Our rescheduling and refund guidelines are structured transparently:
1. Free Muhurat Rescheduling:
Devotees may reschedule their ritual to any available future auspicious date with ZERO rescheduling penalty by informing Panditji (+91 9111721217) at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled Muhurat.
Online Payment Cancellation Refund Brackets:
- 48+ Hours Prior to Muhurat: Full 100% refund (less nominal standard payment gateway processing fees, if applicable).
- 24 to 48 Hours Prior: 75% refund, deducting raw perishable samagri and sanctum preparation costs.
- Less than 24 Hours or No-Show: Dakshina is non-refundable as fresh samagri preparation and sanctum priest reservation have already been locked exclusively for the devotee.
- Offline Booking Decorum: Devotees choosing "Pay Offline" who cannot attend are requested in sacred good faith to notify Panditji at least 24 hours prior so the auspicious Muhurat slot can be allocated to waiting devotees.
2. Force Majeure & Temple Protocols:
In the rare event of unforeseen government temple closures, administrative VIP protocols, severe natural calamities, or unforeseen priest illness, devotees will receive a 100% full refund or complimentary priority rescheduling to a future date of their choice.
Temple Protocols & Devotee Decorum
To honor the spiritual sanctity and Vedic traditions of Mangal Nath Teerth, all participating devotees must observe sacred protocols:
- Traditional Attire: Devotees are requested to wear traditional Indian attire (e.g. Dhoti/Kurta or Pajama for men; Saree or Salwar suit for women) suitable for sacred ritual participation.
- Arrival Time: Please arrive at Mangal Nath Temple premises at least 15–20 minutes prior to your allocated Muhurat to ensure serene samagri preparation.
- Prohibited Conduct: Commercial resale of booking slots, automated bot hoarding, disruptive conduct, or violation of holy sanctum dietary/intoxication prohibitions will result in immediate booking revocation.
Spiritual Scope & Limitations of Liability
According to Sanatan Dharma scriptural tradition, Vedic Pujas, Bhaat Pujas, and Graha Shanti ceremonies are sacred acts of religious devotion:
Solemn Spiritual Disclaimer:
• All ceremonies are solemn spiritual prayers performed in accordance with traditional Vedic Shastras based on the devotee’s personal religious faith.
• Neither MangalMarg nor Pt. Shubham Joshi makes commercial warranties or guarantees regarding specific astrological, physical, medical, or material outcomes.
• In no event shall the maximum aggregate liability of MangalMarg exceed the actual Dakshina amount paid by the devotee for the specific reservation.
Changes to Services & Terms
MangalMarg reserves the right to calibrate puja catalogue packages, samagri inclusions, or these terms to align with temple protocols, scriptural requirements, or legal updates. Any revisions become active upon publication with an updated effective date.
