MangalMarg NEVER captures, accesses, or stores sensitive financial instruments such as Credit/Debit Card numbers, CVV codes, net-banking credentials, or UPI MPINs on our servers.

• Online Dakshina: Secured instant checkout via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Debit/Credit Cards, and Net Banking.
• Offline Payment to Panditji: Devotees may choose "Pay to Panditji at Temple or Home", requiring zero digital payment data online. The fixed Dakshina is settled directly with the priest upon arrival in cash or direct UPI.
• Transaction Records: We retain solely the Razorpay Order ID, Payment ID, timestamp, and transaction status for booking reconciliation and digital invoice generation.

To safeguard devotee privacy without cumbersome passwords, MangalMarg operates on a verified Google Sign-In authentication architecture coupled with your devotee mobile number:

• When you sign in or book a puja, you enter your 10-digit mobile number for ritual and priest coordination, followed by instant, secure verification via your Google account.
• Google OpenID Connect cryptographically confirms your email and identity without exposing your Google account password to MangalMarg.
• Upon successful authentication, a secure session token and HttpOnly session cookie are established to enable seamless access to your booking history, ritual vouchers, and devotee profile in "My Bookings".

MangalMarg respects your digital sanctuary. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, behavioural retargeting pixels, or commercial tracking networks. We utilize browser LocalStorage solely for core operational preferences:

• mangalmarg_user: Stores devotee authentication state and mobile number to maintain session continuity for "My Bookings".
• mangalmarg_lang: Stores your preferred language setting (Hindi or English).
• mangalmarg_theme: Stores your visual display preference (Light or Dark mode).

You can clear browser local storage and session data at any time through your web browser preferences.

To ensure website performance, server reliability, and rapid load times across diverse internet speeds in India, minimal anonymous diagnostic telemetry may be gathered:

• Page response latencies, technical error logs, and browser client types.
• Devotee spiritual details, Gotra, names, and phone numbers are strictly sequestered and never transmitted to marketing analytics vendors.

To facilitate seamless Vedic bookings, MangalMarg partners only with reputable, enterprise-grade service infrastructure providers:

• Razorpay (Payment Gateway): End-to-end payment processing, UPI rails, and automated payment reconciliations.
• Telecom / SMS Gateways & WhatsApp Business API: Transmission of instant digital booking vouchers, ritual updates, and priest contact coordination.
• Secure Cloud Infrastructure: Encrypted databases and cloud servers engineered with strict firewall and access limitations.

MangalMarg does not sell, rent, monetize, or trade devotee personal records to any commercial marketing entities or data brokers.

We institute comprehensive technical, organizational, and physical safeguards to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of devotee records:

• 256-bit SSL/TLS Encryption: All data transferred between your browser and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard 256-bit SSL/TLS cryptographic tunnels.
• Role-Based Administrative Access: Strict role-based access control restricts devotee booking details exclusively to verified administrative coordinators and assigned presiding priests.
• Scriptural Confidentiality: Devotee Gotra, Sankalp intentions, and family names are treated with solemn religious dignity and held in strict devotional confidence.

MangalMarg retains devotee data only for the period necessary to fulfill the spiritual service and comply with operational requirements:

• Booking Records & Vouchers: Retained in your "My Bookings" profile to facilitate ritual execution, priest verification, and long-term receipt access.
• Temporary Login Sessions: Secure session tokens are immediately invalidated and revoked upon logout or token expiration.
• Financial Transaction Logs: Retained as required by applicable Indian taxation and accounting documentation guidelines.

Devotees retain transparent sovereignty over their personal and devotional information:

• Right to Access: Devotees can inspect their upcoming and completed rituals, dates, and official vouchers at any time via "My Bookings".
• Right to Correction: You may request updates to devotee names, Gotra, birth details, or address prior to ritual execution.
• Right to Erasure: You may request permanent deletion of your profile and booking records from our active databases.
